Return Policy
Returns are allowed within 10 days of delivery in United States and 20 days of delivery in orders shipped outside of the continental USA provided item is still unopened and factory sealed. Un-used products must be returned in their original box/packaging. Returns that are sent to us without their original box/package will be refused. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We will take no responsibility for un-insured returns that are lost by the returning carrier. rubenstires.com retains the right to levy a charge of 15% of the order value on cancelled orders to cover admin, and handling costs. No refund on shipping charges. If your order had free shipping we will deducted the shipping charges from your refund. This also applies to non collected items from the post office.


For all international shipments,
rubenstires.com will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, associated with orders shipped outside of the continental USA. International customers, please be aware that if your order is returned back by you, or because of your local customs policies via any carrier that results in postage costs, customs duties, taxes or fees being assessed to rubenstires.com, the amount of theses charges are in addition to your shipping charges and will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.


Back Orders

Usually when an item is back ordered, the order button for the back ordered product becomes unavailable, until we re-order and re-process the order for the item. Occasionally we run out of stock in certain items and people order them before we have time to take them off the site. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. If you place an order that contains in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items to you right away and cancel the out of stock items. If your order is with free shipping and in stock products do not reach the total of the provisions for free shipping, we will refund to your credit card the value of products in inventory minus the cost of shipping. However, we do reserve the right in some cases to hold your order until all the products are in. We will only do this if we are expecting to receive the backordered items within a few days. We do not do separate shipments.


Payment & Site Security

Our secure checkout system using PayPal, insures your peace of mind when it comes to security concerns. If paying by credit card, your credit card number is even hidden from us. There is not a more secure way to purchase online. PayPal Ltd is an online, real-time payment service providers, supporting all major credit and debit cards with the (major) US acquiring banks for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.


Sales Tax

Since Ruben's Tires. is a Florida based company, sales tax in the amount of 6.5% is charged for any customer whose billing address is within Florida by state law. All other orders do not have sales tax.


Damaged, Lost or Stolen Orders

All claims for damages must be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Please send clear digital pictures of the damaged item to sales@rubenstires.com.

rubenstires.com cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen merchandise once it has been delivered by postal carrier to your address. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that products purchased are sent to a secure location, such as a PO Box, a place of residence where someone is home to accept the package, or a place of employment where someone is there to accept the package.

No refunds or credits will be given for lost or stolen orders. For this reason, Ruben's Tires uses delivery confirmation as the method of traceable shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number via email confirmation after your order has left our warehouse. You will then be able to track your order.


Pricing

We make every effort to make sure the price you see online is the correct price. Occasionally, there may be instances where the price on a product does not reflect the true price of the item. If there is a price error we will contact the customers that placed the orders and we will offer them the product at the true price.
